Figured I share and see what others on this great site have to say or have experienced with rent control; especial since this issue is getting more and more traction in lots of cities and could have impacts on both apartment investors down to small multi family, triplex, and duplex owners. 

The trend of actually buying a house is really just starting to gain traction in the 25-35 age range.

I would not be in business without them... so all these beginners dreaming of these low rates they will just come and go and never really get any traction.... but then again I do this for a living and have for years.. and fully understand the dynamic about who has the gold has the rules...

Even when I make the effort, texts, emails and calls I still don’t get any traction or even a reply.

Then they do a series about it get ratings blah blah... could be worth pursuing if you're not getting traction elsewhere. 

It is about as fast as the M3, has all wheel drive traction plus it is half the cost and Subaru is more reliable. 

Photograph everything, get your own quotes, etcAldo - a lawyer sending a letter may accelerate things if you can’t get traction otherwise.  

Really looking forward to getting some traction on the motivated seller side but am being patient.Regards, Larry Foster

We sold 127 in 2015 and we have two new agents who are just getting some traction.

So not sure how true that is.. or how it pencils.. however as EV gains traction and I believe its a forgone conclusion..
