If I can build a pool of assets which pay me income today until forever, do I really care if I have extra money sitting in a retirement account that I cannot touch for years?

The smartest way to use it if I do (perhaps using it to put money down and they paying myself back with a refinanced mortgage in the BRRRR method).I'm also curious if the old adage "it takes money to make money" could be applied here and what I should really consider before even touching that money.

I also recommend you get in touch with an agent if this is your first time buying property, as they will be able to show you multiple homes and guide you through the process for your locality.
