I wish we could tap into equity as easy as that. let me know if I can help in any way but probably not to answer your question. if you can split the lot and sell half that might be an idea to recapitalize. that's the the only way

While doing an Airbnb seems like a good idea it does not resolve the issue of the divorce and splitting the propertyI still think your best bet is to drop the price and sell it and start your life over.

And yes, it may be a good idea to work for a wholesaler first to get your feet wet.I don't think it's necessary to spend money to get your real estate license first.
