Curious about tenant pool in this area?

We've identified a 3 bed, 2 bath sfh (w/pool) in Cape Coral that we're interested in. 

It is 49 years old copper wiring and I have heavily invested in extensive rehab outside and inside, replaced most a/c and heating, Fully gated, no pool, also just put an all new roof in it without any insurance help. 

@Connie Stainbrook110k doesn't go too far on a 1st position loan in SoCal, unless you invest in a mortgage pool or with other folks on what's called a fictionalized or multi-lender loan. 

Natalie, we moved from Seattle (due to the wonderful continuous gray climate) to sunny Austin 4 years ago and have several rentals in Round Rock and been active in the investment community.

It's a pool of 2nds, don't know if I will get principal back in the end or not. 

Clearly, scale is a factor, as is region as it is directly proportional to low cost labor pools, and/or low cost material sources.

Logan is a very solid place to own rentals because of quality of life and it's tenant pool.
