It isn't the most crazy type of fake booking we have had but a simple reply to them via the VRBO platform with a list of nearby amenities wouldn't hurt.Sometimes I am surprised by guests grammar and word usage.

They found it out, andI had to go to the planning board and zoning board, hire an engineer and architect to make the fourth unit legal.In my opinion, the realtor should have verified the zoning, and if you used bank financing, it's pretty rare for the bank to miss it as well.You are probably going to have to hire an architect to draw plans and to get it approved as a triplex.I wish you luck.

If they're going to force an eviction, I would want either 1) to just wait until it's done and keep extending the contract (if you're in no rush at all) or 2) ask for a substantial price discount to deal with it yourself.
