Not all attorneys are title capable.

You can get a good 8-camera wired system, HD resolution, night vision, motion spotlight, DVR, online upload capability, for about $300.

You can order on Amazon (search for wifi electronic lock), ship it to your handyman, & set the codes yourself for each guest or have your overseas team of VAs do it for $4/hr

Something could happen to intensify that like geopolitical stuff, environmental bans, and the fact that it is now able to be exported by ship from the us hinging its price to a worldwide demand not just within the continent. 

A private lender may not have that capability.

Down here the law says the landlord must mitigate damages from loss of rent if a tenant jumps ship.

Send in a capable contractor to evaluate your rehab and make sure there aren't any major problems.
