I think it is all about adding tools to your tool belt and Larry not only added to the tools in the course, but continues to do so with his monthly phone sessions.

My REIA has a session called "Haves and Wants" where wholesalers and buyers are encouraged to meet and do deals.

I was actually at the REIG meeting last night, but sadly had to leave after the tax session.
