I did try to do that with Go Zone, but it was a mess with lots of scams and unknowledgeable people trying to market it.

These are people who will blow into a town, run a couple of scams, and either be gone or in jail in a couple days time.

Also the last thing that was heavily promoted this way was a some weight loss scam a few years ago that the FTC shut down, and I think there have been some indictments over.all cash

Second mortgage holders have very little leverage and if the first forecloses the second is likely to have a total loss.The biggest scam in this industry is up front fees.

I always assume that a contractor is out to scam me unless they prove otherwise.

Schmidt's babies are increase internet regulations with net-neutrality (doing away with the first amendment) and the pro-global warming scam, but I digress.The topic is economic collapse, and it will because of the growing unfunded liabilities now at $100 trillion and $18 trillion /yr operating debt, & growing every year, and a collapse in the economy will not be as a result of advances in technology. 

I always go into these types of things with my guard up because there seems to be so many people scamming now a days.

I can't believe some of those people didn't catch on to the scam.

I may have to break down and try craigslist again and hope my ad doesn't get scammed.
