When you send a rejection letter do you say why or just have that generic "Adverse Tenant Reaction" letter and checkbox something on the list like "past judgements"?

I'm looking for opinions as to whether you think a bidet would cause a negative reaction to the point that we shouldn't install one or if it would be a neutral reaction and installing for personal use (or renter use if they choose to) shouldn't be an issue.

You were requiring a "surrender" of the deposit in full, and that probably would violate local security deposit laws in most areas.The rest of the post was about the reaction to being told to surrender - an "alpha type" individual won't like hearing surrender, and they will fight.
