Mildew on the grout is annoying but can't that be removed with products if it appears (and possibly charged to the tenant if they were guilty of neglect)?

OP:  You are looking at 3rd degree felony in the state of Florida if you are found guilty of advertising property without a real estate license.  

I would hate to have to inter plead escrow in order to get a lender's money released.

And the kicker is I would have never asked her to do it (even I would have felt guilty) but she volunteered.

What happened with "innocent until proven guilty" ?

Criminal liens can mean either (1) a fine was levied for a criminal activity in which the defendant was found guilty and since the fine was not paid the court perfected the fine and file a lien with the county in which the defendant's property is located or (2) the property was declared dangerous, an order was issued to remedy, the property owner did not remedy, and the county in which the property is located regards this as a criminal offense.If (1) then it needs to be paid off as would any other lien.
