I was just thinking of an innovated strategy.

I laughed when I saw "I burned my house down" in the "Innovative Strategies" section :)

But beyond that, if we are going to have incentive and innovation, people have to be free to profit from their products, labor, expertise. 

If you look at the wealth and the innovations came out from the Silicon Valley alone, they're more than all of those states combined.
