Honestly, I don’t know—and I don’t care.

If I’m being honest with myself, I just haven’t been keeping the rooms up at market rate.

Often residents want to move in within a couple of weeks and it takes time to get all the information together to get everything accomplished in a timely manner.

But, honestly, I’m on the edge of jumping ship if this keeps up.
