I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.

If you want to show up daily, negotiate with the drywaller, quality control the finish guys, then don't hire a GC.

For those newer to the space make sure to do plenty of die diligence on assets as over the past several months there has been an above average amount of assets out there that have a lot of hair which I would not recommend and some even hold negative value.There are still decent assets out there as well, but make sure you pick through the bad to find the good.

Some guys need that level of daily supervision.You can have work done good, cheap and fast - buy you only can pick two.Problem for many OOS investors is that they are not on the job every day, or every other day, and expect someone for a very low hourly rate to not only manage themselves, but manage the project.

On a daily basis, I have investors reach out to me for advice on how to get started or invest in certain aspects of real estate that I invest in, while at the same time I often seek advice from others.
