The greatest number of properties is in the Maritimes but the total dollar value of all those is less than a fraction of the BC properties so I'm continuing to look there.

You might want to consult a tax prof. for more details.I didn't deduct my flight and hotel, which would've made it so I owed $0 to IL, but there are rules where you can only deduct the fraction of the time actually spend on 'business.'

My understanding is that since it's not fractional ownership in any particular property , but actual ownership in the company and all of it's holdings...that it's not SEC...but again...I'm not an expert on the syndication thing.
