This would be 2 days before he announced in his June 20th email (which I believe you have) that he was suspending payments to hundreds of investors because of financial problems.He did not disclose anywhere in the webinar (48 hours before the email) the difficulties that his business was experiencing which was laid out in the email 2 days later.

Well, regardless of experience, people are going to assume younger people are not as qualified, skilled or yes, even experienced (haha, I know it is goofy!).

Any experienced landlord I could contact to ask questions and advices ? 

Checking my deductible but I will take the experienced advice here - will check with insurance but will refrain from claiming if it impacts my coverage. 

But there is more types of cash flow than dealing with the three Ts .. so maybe some diversification could be in Order for the experienced investor.

One week in and it is already leaps and bounds better than what I experienced in Tom Cruz's Section 8 Secrets. 

@Dennis Nikolaev The only alternative I can see is to Short Sale them, if the mtg balance is higher than what you could net from a sale.You will need to talk the Loss Mitigation dept of your lender and hire an Experienced short agent, they will know what to do and how to handle the process.

Anyone else experiencing the insane jump in taxes this year?
