Your best bet is to contact the County you plan to build in (Miami-Dade County or City of Miami) and see if a stamped set of plans is required for the development of land and building Deparment permits.

My investments with Western Wealth were the most risky  ones in my entire Portfolio and that's the reason i was trying to find more info.

Looking for some guidance if you have a property in either of these areas and what ultimately made you decide on that area or any other info you can offer.

Make sure you have a handyman contact and also research to find emergency service people (plumber for sure). you dont want to have to go searching at 11 pm at night because of an issue.
