STR in Chattanooga TN?

Does anyone have an STR in Chattanooga? Can PM me also. Newer out of state investor who lives in VHCOL area (though used to live in TN) and thinking of buying a townhouse property for STR. Most people recommend Pigeon Forge/Smokies area instead, but seems over saturated with a hard exit strategy. Looking for some guidance if you have a property in either of these areas and what ultimately made you decide on that area or any other info you can offer. Thank you!
