They are typically on for a few days and then off for a block of days. 

Arguably the worst corner in the whole city is 38th and post Your house is about two blocks from there.

There is also a duplex 1-2 blocks away from the subject property that sold for 380k (4/2/2).

Hey @Bjorn Ahlblad,I agree, St. louis is an area that varies block to block.

My understanding is that short term rentals are not permitted on this block because of zoning code.
