Problem is I don't have the tenants SSN or birthday.

I just had my 24th Birthday.

I know that things are BOOMING this time of year - I have family that visits in May every year for my son's birthday and sometimes they have a hard time finding a place to rent, even if they look super far in advance!

I think Max put together a meet up in Flower Mound.

What if the next tenant has a doctors note for cats,peanuts ,flowers etc.....

I'm heading off to Roppongi this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday.

They did take all the "important" stuff (the silk flowers) but left behind the "unimportant" things, including bank statements, dads death certificate (!)
