Hi,I am looking for a hardwood floor guy for a two flat on the southwest side.

I could do a flat utility bill on top (rent + x for utilities), or I could just slowly increase the rent.

What are some of the better ones for a 1st time investor looking to owner-occupy a 3-4 flat that needs some rehab work?

Half of it will be to convert our garage to a granny flat for STR.

Hi everyone,I have just went under contract on a home in East Flat bush / Canarsie area in Brooklyn.

We have also purchased the house without a realtor and selling with a flat fee broker so I handle most the transaction calls/paperwork.

We did a search of the number of full sun 3+ acre flat/level lots close to downtown Portland and the list is small.

I am considering telling them no flat out but it is a long term tenant and would be open to some other creative solution.What would you do?

Pay attention to these and other indicators that give an insight into who the person is in addition to your minimum standards they must meet but flat out discriminating cause someone has kids will cause you to lose a whole lot more in the end... not worth it
