You have gotten at least 5, maybe 10 workable ideas and shot them all down, if you didn’t want answers don’t ask the question.

Now you have to know somebody to even get a shot at buying one, and your going to pay north of $350,000.

Prices shot up and it seems like everyone still wants in, even tho it's so competitive and hard to find a deal.

If this is a piece of land across from Walmart and next to a McMansion subdivision then it might be worth the shot.

If I was going to move away from my guy in RI I’d definitely give someone out of state a shot (an interview).

My pretty aggressive cpa shot this idea down as I don’t declare my primary home interest (it’s less than the standard married deduction.) if this was argued/allowed you could declare any loan on your primary was really on a rental.
