I was not as pro-formal education then even though I had a B.A. in English. 

Some folks just have a terrible command of the English language when written.

Another STR I had was next to an airstrip so we themed that one from the old days (barnstorming) of aviation.  

I know it happens in these low value asset areas normally to non english or minority owners that are just not sophisticated and dont seek council.
