My world was opened to REI and BP accidentally on youtube when I ran into Rich Dad Poor Dad audiobook and have been fascinated with the idea of not working for money but having money work for you through investing into property(s), buying and renting property, generating residual income.

Needed residual income to help cover daycare cost.

I've raised rents 3% year over year while property taxes (one of my largest operating expenses) have dropped 4.5% due to the residual effect of the crisis.2015+ is where it gets a little more uncertain.

I have a great career already that pays me a great amount of money but like most people on here I’m looking to get into passive/residual income streams.

Crazy glue or gorilla adhesive? 

Residue build up on powered sanders is common.

Many of these commissions I made took 5 years to pay off but it was great residual income and I earned my 25% fee's..

Its a huge issue and cause a lot of other residual issues/damage around the home.

If I can get into the window sash I use the adhesive 'tar paper' to ensure waterproofing (pic shows install) good luck

I was able to get the result the next day .... tile was positive but the mastic (adhesive) was negative!
