Where are some good spots in the south east to start building a cashflow portfolio?

Most turn key companies are in the Midwest and Southeast so you might want to narrow down your market choice first and then choose the best TK company in that area.

We are targeting our local market in the Central Valley as well as some other markets in the Southeast US.

You should be able to just directly go to commercial financing for a stabilized property.As for areas to look, I'm a big fan of the Southeast or Texas because you have population growth pretty much by default.
