@J Scott , I have ordered your books and just started skimming thru them.

I usually wind up speed reading a couple and then pick 3 to read through cover to cover out of the 20 and the rest get a light skim because I fall out of love with them after 50 pages.

Need to patch/skim basement walls most likely.How do you about general anlaysis of capex/maintenance and what rules do you abide by?
