I have heard that the winter months are harder to rent out a house so looking for suggestions, here are my three options, but open to other thinking as well:1) Go ahead and rent it out long term, cause it is Denver and it will be good given the crazy market;2) Wait and post it for rent in February or March;3)Do a three month traveling nurse and then post it for long term at the end of that in the spring.It is a 4 bed, 3 bath, plus office and 3,400 sf if that changes any ideas or suggestions.
