Need assistance on a cash-out refinance
Hello BP Community! I’m a novice investor living in Los Angeles. I’m currently helping my mother refinance her home but it has taken longer than we have expected. The property is under her and my dad’s name (as it is a community property) and they are currently in the process of divorcing. My father is willing to sign out of the deed with a 150k buy-out. We were working with a lender at first but they were not good at communicating and we wouldn’t hear from them for weeks. Anybody have any suggestions? We’re need to finalize by december.
