Also, I read the NAR ethics and advertising guidelines and found nothing that said this would violate.

Now that I'm learning more about real estate, there were several ethics breaches that occurred on his part.

I take pride in putting together good deals for my clients while still doing business ethically at all times.

Everyone seems to have their own idea of what is fair and ethical, depending on if it's going to cost them money.

that is not a very ethical thing to do, I understand.Those are just my ideas.

My thoughts are that this could create a demand for both sides, ethical solutions and win win wins, and a great low risk investment for a newbie.
