Any loopholes welcome :)

Good loophole to have them show property but answer no questions! 

I understand most people have lawyers prepare these documents but neither party is concerned about legal loopholes.

@Steven Torrez  I suggest you study the laws and walk into the state of Oregon real estate department.. they just included selling equitable interests in contracts as an act needing a real estate license.. this is what most wholesalers hold their hat on as a loop hole to sell real estate without a license which is what wholesaling basically is.. unless of course your going to close on the props then resell. that of course is fine.this is brand new I would check It out..

If I am filing Schedule C is there some loophole to avoid self employment tax?

The loop hole works two of one ways.

Question is, what are the loop holes i can use to use my VA loan right away and not wait for 2 years working in one company that most banks are looking for.

I know you technically cant flip houses using VA loan but if you know any loopholes in the beginning, please let me know. 

Are there any other strategies or loop holes out there that can shield me from Uncle Sam?

But I'll look more into it, I know there's loopholes somewhere
