Was the tenant visited by late nite visitors who waited for him on the street?

Unless you truly find screaming deals, you're not going to have enough equity to get cash in any case.

I hold a license mainly because of the benefits it brings to my RE biz, but I am not planing to be driving around showing houses to families with screaming kids any time soon :)

My wife and I are busy enough working and raising our family.I have seen messiah boards about half a dozen times now: "oh the old board were morons but we are SO much wiser".And it becomes just a predictable rehash of the same issues.The only solution is to strip the board of most of their power.Legislative....a function ONLY for the homeownersJudicial.....a function ONLY for the REAL courts.The board can play executive all they want...as long as the homeowners can see everything they are doing.But NOOOOOO scream the board members and attorneys....seperation of powers????
