My wife and I are busy enough working and raising our family.I have seen messiah boards about half a dozen times now: "oh the old board were morons but we are SO much wiser".And it becomes just a predictable rehash of the same issues.The only solution is to strip the board of most of their power.Legislative....a function ONLY for the homeownersJudicial.....a function ONLY for the REAL courts.The board can play executive all they want...as long as the homeowners can see everything they are doing.But NOOOOOO scream the board members and attorneys....seperation of powers????
