If you don't feel you should be upset and/or should be tired of seeing us getting the short end of the stick all the time, I would hate to be your partner in any endeavor as it would be clear profits are not necessarily high on your list of priorities.

That’s part of the reason it’s so upsetting and I feel he’s a complete psycho to do something like this.

If you will regret having too much money in a property and get upset if a tenant doesn't treat it right, make the space nice and livable, but maybe not to the extent we go with new everything.  

Getting code enforcement involved is going to upset a lot of people, which may be your best solution, but there may be others too.

They get so upset when one of us sounds harsh on here.

There is zero chance this would make it anywhere so there is no reason to get upset.  

About a dozen people piled on and all of them are non-customers, former customers that are upset they lost their deposit for failing to pay rent or trashing a rental, and one former employee.Because it was limited to a personal page, I didn't do anything except to take screen shots and add it to her file.
