We're having national speaker Larry Goins and this meeting is free for everyone.

He always has interesting speakers and a great turnout, so it can be a good way to combine your BP network with in-person networking. 

If classes are what you want to do you'll need to do some networking of your own to pull in speakers. 

We had several speakers including speakers from other parts of FL.

There is a general meeting Monday 12/11 in Lisle, if you're interested in meeting other investors and hearing the guest speaker.

I was listening to PodCast #198 and the guest speaker talked about how he likes to look for multi-dwellings with tenet problems because he can get them cheaper; he added, and it's easy to evict them in Landlord friendly states.  

It's just a small group of people sitting and talking and last time they had a speaker come.
