@Gregory JayYou just got some really bad advice from Chris, but it depends, do you want to be in a legal and ethical business or do you want to be a scam artist?

As Ned mentions include EVERYTHING you can think of including services such as termite repairs, tree pruning and things that may be way down the road such as driveway repair or replacement.Personally I detest the home warranty scam.

Regarding the ownership of of gold and silver coins, be careful as there have been many scams which prey on those who seek them.

After raising money for various deals only to see it lost due to scams and inexperience a few years back, I'm working to regain credibility with private investors and do deals again.

That's the same kind of skewed math scam artists use to promote their scams.

This is not illegal or a scam.

The show was a set-up and the host was arrested on fraud charges for running an investment scam. 8)

If savvy investors can be scammed out of their money, what hope do individuals who are buying their first house have to avoid the wolves?

Or maybe it was a new tenant scam, to pretend they want to buy, in order to get into a place.
