Chipotle is just one of the companies setting up their home here in Columbus, cover my meds, and root are a couple more. 

Major players have planted roots here like Amazon, Google, Ford/Argo AI, Duolingo as well as dozens of smaller start-ups fueled in part by Carnegie Mellon's influence.

The decisions by Madison County and Huntsville City Schools to put down new roots was an early signal to commercial and residential developers that something special is happening.

This is the option I am rooting for.

Either way, we will not have roots in the DFW area much longer.

The root cause is different, but I think the outcomes could be similar. 

., prefer a newer home (as downtown Madison with older housing stock, you can run into various surprises still with knob and tube wiring popping up, old plumbing--I personally had to break out basement flooring and replace an old clay drain line with pvc that had cracked and constantly got tree roots in it), move in ready or ok doing some level of updating/rehabs and if you'd be up for a multi-unit. 

I didn't catch that the root cause of the damage was from another owner's unit and not one of your own, so that is another matter for you do deal with... the other owner/their insurance company and the condo association/their insurance company.

My desire to do wholesale is rooted in wanting to be in a stronger financial position and get exposure to REI.
