TLDR: I’ve used Brian Hartsell @ Keypm for the last 10-15 years and it’s been a good relationship.

Its good practice anyway to start that relationship before you need it for an eviction.

It will be very hard (in most cases) to keep friendship with a business relationship until it has to be written and each one follow the rules according to that written agreement.
