How to get downpayment for 2nd rental property

Hi all,

I just closed on my first rental property and used all the money I saved for that downpayment. What are some ways to get that next downpayment for that next property? I can't BRRR or move into the next property or anything like that. Just need to get that 25% down. I don't want to wait a year or two to save up.

Any helpful ideas?
