My family and friends are pushing me to quit taking my business classes and do the courses to receive my real estate agent license, which starts in a few weeks, but I know I'll need a part time job if I want to make it as an agent.

Even when using the highest grade solar salt, shampoo and body wash were simply difficult to wash off in the shower.

We split it by number of bedrooms rather than square footage.The only push back we've gotten is on heating bills in units with poor heat distribution/insulation.Remind tenants that they are splitting all the base charges which is an overall savings for them compared to separate utilities.

What you have is some kind of a sink hole issue, where the dirt and concrete is not in contact, or the dirt is very loose that when the slab goes down, it has nothing to push back against it and concrete will sag/crack.

Power wash it then decide if it's sound enough to just spray with a good coat of exterior paint, easy spray paint job top to bottom inside & out. .. touch up trim with a accent different color.. it's cute. 

Wall wash with TSP prior to painting if possible,, if the ceilings are flat (not popcorn) wash also, a sponge mop with a towel over it works great and fast..2 buckets one wash one rinse.you wash everything,, doors, trim, floors, cabinets, light fixtures, all windows glass and tracks.Bleach is ok to use but I've found that TSP is best thing to actually REMOVE the nicotine,, you'll be shocked when you see how well it works. 2 Prime, Kilz primer to seal anything your going to paint.3 Remove all blinds, throw them away the plastic retains the odor and they'll be gross anyway.4 Air Ducts if you can reach inside wash out.. then spray Kilz in them as far as you can reach with the system off.  

It's was built in the early 1960s I'm the person on the ground I'm pushing for a private sale one of her neighbors collects units in the community that my grandmother lives in. 

Their reasoning is that they're doing a hard push toward raising the quality of the city in that particular area as that area is considered a bit more challenging.

She gave me a great push by saying, "Just starting looking at the market and getting a feel of what's out there and when a deal comes along, you'll know what it looks like."
