The help I have provided with a few home remodels has consisted of kitchen and bathroom layouts, flow and functionality, fixtures and finishes of the home, all while trying to stay within budget.  

Real estate investors often find themselves working with many providers between insurance, financing, property management, tax preparation and strategies, etc.

I have 14 doors and one commercial space and am looking to choose an AI tool to take-away the apprehension of unknows and provide the data and answers that I need to make a data driven decision towards purchase.

The RE agent stated some properties on the river in the past did not get their lease extended to provide better river access.

The appraiser will provide a rent survey and a rental amount that will be used to structure the loan- more on that below.
