Those fields that are gray in color have been locked as they are hard coded with formulas.  

Just always good to check local building codes to ensure this method is allowed.

The crime isn’t so bad that you can’t invest successfully given it’s still mostly high in certain zip codes. 

You shouldn’t be owing anything for many years if ever the way the tax code is for investors.

Beware in 4 stories and above in residential the building code requires an elevator that will accommodate a stretcher.
