I would even consider taking listing photos with your furniture and set up as a home if you weren't already planning on doing so. 

The contractor you pick and hire can hire, or has a clean out crew along with demo crew.

I just picked up my first deal in Huntsville, AL, but am starting to notice that finding deals in that market is becoming increasing lot more difficult.

Looks like National Fence is the main fence company and LSR has porta-potties but they never pick up their phone.

For June rent and all others, pick up the money orders in person or have them meet you at a location halfway between your house and the rental.

I think you will be fine, I can tell you the accounting in Doorloops looks familiar to Quickbooks so you should pick it up quickly.
