That is a philosophy I'm working to adapt into, and bouncing ideas off of you is a great way to get there.

The more you learn, the more will be drawn to strategies that will fit your investing/business philosophy. 

My personal philosophy is to purchase preferably cash or pay off the debt at earliest.When people were selling in Florida - I was investing heavy.

I believe Grant's whole philosophy is about increasing your income.

It took longer than I wanted but my philosophy was don't be desperate.

I do think it sometimes takes being pushed outside of your comfort zone to identify solutions...along the lines of sink or swim philosophy.
