I like to Buy Hold Rent  A+ to B+ locations with Quality tenants for cash flow and appreciation. My personal philosophy is to purchase preferably cash or pay off the debt at earliest.

When people were selling in Florida - I was investing heavy. I am very proud of my South Florida investments.
