I find this odd, since I don't know who would build a 3/2 house full of custom sized windows - this is a builder grade home.

Is sealer from Home Depot sufficient, or would there be a benefit to going with commercial grade sealer from a builders supply or tile store?

Make sure any parts of the house that are on slab on grade aren't shifting relative to the main basement foundation (this can be hard to notice if drywall cracks are repaired).
