There is a common belief that recapture taxes diminish the value of performing a cost segregation study.

I don't advertise for investors etc. just trying to help like I said i have seen this play before and unless your VERY well capitalized you take on a ton of risk you need 100% performance for this to work.. anyone with any experience in real estate and lending ( which you will be doing when U wrap) knows nothing is 100%..
