I have a SFH in the New Haven-area that is need of painting.

Prior to moving into my unit, I did a small $10k remodel (floors, kitchen, paint) and plan to do the same to the other unit at some point to get top dollar for rent on each side when I decide to move out.I am interested in what people would suggest my next move would be.

Only advice I receive is to hire someone paint the wall and clean the carpet.

I was just trying to paint a picture showing the reason seller financing was pretty much my only option at this point.

It can range from a quick paint and flooring job for $5k and it could be $150k.If I had pictures I could at least give you a ball park but an on site inspection is the best

I can paint, install sheetrock, trim, tile.

Remodeled the Flooring, Tile Work, Cabinets, Painting, and anything that isn't considered structural.
