Our renters of 3 years moved out and I found a HUGE wad of long hair plugging the master bath shower stall drain that was hanging onto the drain cover by some of the long hairs.

Because I am 26 years old with a newborn baby coming in August and I believe if I can get the hang of this early on in my life, it could pay off big time later in life for me and my family.  

If not, can you hang in there for 6 months and then refi with better terms and lower payments?
