Time to get back to the grind.

I think my goal is to create sufficient enough cash flow that allows me to first supplement my income, then leave the 9-5 grind altogether, but that could change as I delve deeper into each topic. 

Hello all,I made a mistake and rented to a mother and two kids that are literally off the charts with their noise levels.  

I am looking to take my step into investing and get started to earn some extra money and eventually be done with the typical 9-5 grind.

If she has a lease agreement with the LLC, and the LLC still owns the property, everything else is just "background noise". 

I'm generally an analytical type and can usually spot the signal from the noise fairly easy.

Not sure why our current society thinks they should all have success and become rich day one in RE ... and skip the apprenticeship that most of us have gone through.I guess its just the internet age and access too to much information ... much of it white noise.

I used to be up till 3am every night, now I've been in bed at 10/11.Everyone has different habits.Keep grinding people !

We've heard about a case where someone tried to sell a Phoenixville house with a non-legal garage apartment where the tenants created noise, had parties, and bothered the neighbors.  

Stay away and filter the noise from the people near you that don't have what you want or are ones that possibly could profit from this.Frank
