Now that they've tried to go into fraud-mode, I'd suggest you just clam-up and act like a giant investment corp.

I try not to get too discouraged by knowing that 1) if it were easy then everyone would do it & 2)  when I think about it I am competing with novices like myself and giants like Houston Home Buyers, New Western, etc.  

I know you aren't asking this, but dealing with different investors is a giant pain.

He has giant spreadsheets with all the MFRs currently on the market that he keeps up to date.

The company I used dug a bit and then put in piers that were like a giant metal screw until the foundation was stabilized.

[insert demand for giant mountain of paperwork prior to the next conversation here]Most of them don't have the hustle, wont do anything, and want the world handed to them on a silver platter, or they will not show any initiative. 

Major market stations charge more than those serving smaller markets in an area.Where I am here, we have the Chicago-based "giants" and we have the smaller, relatively low power stations with a few tens of miles radius.

But beyond that giant lump I can basically use any excess as additional income.
