They will not be able to hire a staff to help with the business and at some point they fold up shop and leave the business.There simply is not enough revenue to provide the service that any out of area investor should expect when buying passive investments.

@Brandon Davidow I think the best advice would be two fold.

I drive, fold laundry, walk the dog, cook dinner with this playing in the background, so I have some great ideas for start up.

I mean, the amount and length of return should be enough to sway any lost sheep back to the fold.
