, but since I'm new to the community, I wanted to let you know what I was up to in the interest of discussion (I find these types of investments fascinating and don't know ALL about them yet, but the guys I work with are savants) and to see if anyone had some clever tactics to uncover a decent deals on messy acreage. 

What I also find fascinating is that as an owner of Class C/D properties which create my living, it is imperative I understand ALL mindset classes. 

It's quite fascinating and is literally the future of construction, especially in high density areas.

People's fascination with "squatter's right" and the the entire concept of getting something for nothing, especially real estate, tempts some with insufficient knowledge, little due diligence, ignorance of real threats and little to lose should an AP go sideways, to attempts.
